The main factors that affect the rotational flexibility of tapered roller bearings are:
1) The shrinkage of the cage is too large, resulting in too small a gap between the cage window and the roller;
2) The effective contact length is insufficient due to the angle difference between the surfaces of the parts;
3) The cage is deformed or the ellipse is large;
4) There is oil or dirt in the bearing. Anti-rust oil remains on the surface of each part, and the viscosity of the anti-rust oil causes inflexible rotation. There are burrs or dirt on the edges of the oil grooves at the inner sleeve and the large ribs, and the anti-rust liquid crystals are not cleaned up;
5) There is a serious concave phenomenon on the surface of the inner and outer ring raceways (can be tested by linear roller surface scraping method or linear sample);
6) After the cage is stamped, there are burrs on the window, and the sharp edges are not completely removed.
